ETHERAPPS: FORGE – Evaluation End User License Agreement (EVAL EULA)

This Evaluation End User License Agreement ("Evaluation Agreement") governs use of the evaluation version of EtherApps Forge.

1. Evaluation Period

This Licence grants you the right to use the Software solely for internal evaluation and testing purposes, for a limited period of seven (7) days from installation ("Evaluation Period").

2. Evaluation Use Only

You may use the Software only to assess its performance and suitability for your internal requirements. It may not be used in production, for commercial services, or public demonstrations without a valid commercial licence.

3. No Commercial or Production Use

The Software may not be used in revenue-generating activities, live deployments, or any production environment during the Evaluation Period.

4. Limited Functionality

The Evaluation Software may have reduced functionality, restrictions, or technical limitations compared to the full commercial version.

5. Automatic Expiration

This Evaluation Licence automatically expires at the end of the Evaluation Period unless you purchase a valid commercial licence. Upon expiry, you must uninstall and permanently delete all copies.

6. Incorporation of Main EULA

Except as expressly modified by this Evaluation Licence, your use of the Software during the Evaluation Period shall also be subject to the terms of the Main End User Licence Agreement (“Main EULA”). In the event of conflict, the terms of this Evaluation Licence shall prevail.
